What We Can Help With If you are experiencing a technology-related issue, the **OIT Help Desk** is the right place to start. Common support requests include: - Login or account access issues - Password resets and MFA assistance - Email and system access - Classroom technology issues - University-owned devices and peripherals - Software installation or access requests - DocuSign and Adobe access - Banner, Canvas, and other enterprise systems - General technical troubleshooting This list is not exhaustive.
